Rokuzo Yamamoto
Born in Kobe in 1940. Studied oil painting in the art club at high school. Started copperplate printmaking in the late 1960s.
Illustrations for J. Bataille's "The Tale of the Eye" and Kazuho Yoshida's "The Swan". Published art books "Erostanatos" and "Holy Eros". Died in 2001. In 2009, "Yamamoto Rokuzo Exhibition - Fantasy and Eros" was held at the Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art.
